Following Conditions Apply: -

One Adjustamatic Rewards Card is available per customer for the sale of any Adjustamatic item of furniture.
Only one card is permitted per customer.
This offer excludes Portable only sales.
The Adjustamatic Rewards Card is activated within 28 days of product delivery.
Adjustamatic Reward Card accounts need to be requested to be activated by the customer through our activation portal https://www.activate-card.co.uk/
The reward card may not be used in conjunction with other offer and sales promotions unless stated within future associated terms and conditions.
Adjustamatic Reward Card Membership, once activated, is valid for 12 months membership only.
Membership extensions will be notified by either mail, post or telephone towards the end of the individual membership period.

Offer Start Date: Saturday 1st January 2022.

Offer Valid Until: Sunday 31st December 2023.

This offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Adjustamatic Beds Limited, its subsidiary brands within the NHC Holdings Group, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this offer.
Only one Reward Card is available per transaction.
Reward Cards are only available to customers that purchase an item of furniture from Adjustamatic Beds Ltd or Subsidiary of NHC Holdings Ltd.
Reward Card memberships are not automatically activated. Customers must process an activation request through our activation portal https://www.activate-card.co.uk/ or by contacting the reward card department by email or phone, rewards@adjustamatic.co.uk 0800 0 721182
All memberships will be made active within 28 days of furniture delivery. Memberships will not be made active before this time period.
All offers within the reward card membership need to be accessed and activated through our reward platform https://www.adjustamatic-rewards.co.uk/ and all available offers will be subject to their individual terms and conditions.
Access to our rewards card platform will be provided once the membership is made active.
The Offer stated has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer (unless stated)
To redeem this offer, customers must obtain a Promotional Voucher or Code from one of our Marketing mediums and state this code on day of purchase or be provided one from a Sales Representative on the day of the order.
By completing an online form to obtain a Code, you are agreeing to be contacted by us for future promotions and offers via telephone, e-mail, SMS or post.
We will not sell your data to third parties.
Once you fill in your details online, the code will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided. We hold no liability if this e-mail does not reach you for any reason.
If you’re having trouble obtaining your Code, call us on 0800 80 5000 and we will provide one - providing it’s within the promotional dates.
Offer commences and Codes are available from 00:01 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) Saturday 1st January 2022 until 23:59 GMT Sunday 31st December 2023.
All Promotional Codes expire 23:59 GMT Saturday 31st December 2022. All orders must be made by then for the offer to apply.
This Offer is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Adjustamatic Beds Limited retain the right to change, refuse, or withdraw this promotion at any time with no prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
